Sa Aklat Sisikat Foundation (SAS) is a non-profit professional Philippine
organization that promotes the love and habit of reading in Filipino children.
Our vision is to build a nation of readers. We work with public schools all over
the country, providing resources to motivate students to make reading a part of
their daily lives.

SAS Reading Program
To deepen the love and habit of reading in Filipino children, SAS runs a 31-day
Reading Program for all Grade 4 students in partner public schools. We donate
60 of the best Filipino children's storybooks to every Grade 4 classroom included
in the program.

How You Can Help
P150,000 can sponsor a reading program in one public school. It includes 60 brand-new children's storybooks per class, teacher training, students' Reading Passports, "Ibong Adarna" (mythical bird) wall mural and a Reading Corner / Cart / Shelf.
P6,000 can provide a set of 60 titles of new storybooks. |
